TERMS OF SERVICE

These are the terms you agree to when you create an Avaday Golf account or book one of our sessions. They are meant to be read, so we have kept them short.

Your account

Membership is free. One account per person, with your own real name and contact details, because we use them to know who is turning up. Keep your sign-in to yourself.

You can close your account whenever you like — email us and it is done. We may close an account if someone is abusive to our coaches, other members or staff, or repeatedly books places and does not show up.

Weekly range sessions

• Wednesdays, 8–10PM, at GreenBox.
• $15 per person, paid at the venue.
• One place per account. You cannot book for a friend — they are very welcome, but they need their own account. It takes a minute and it is how we know who is coming.
• Places are limited. Booking early is the only way to be sure of one.

If you cannot make it, cancel in your account so someone else can take the place. No charge for cancelling, and no hard feelings — just tell us.

We may occasionally cancel a session, for weather, venue closure or if a coach is unwell. We will tell you as early as we can. You are not charged for a session that does not run.

Lessons and packages

Lesson prices, what a package includes and how long it lasts are agreed with your coach before you pay. Choosing a package on the signup form is an expression of interest, not a purchase — nothing is charged through this website.

At the venue

We coach out of GreenBox, which is a separate business with its own rules, opening hours and safety requirements. While you are there, theirs apply as well as ours. Please follow what the staff tell you, particularly around the bays.

Golf involves swinging a club near other people. Take care, stay behind the person hitting, and use equipment as instructed.

Where we stand legally

You take part in lessons and sessions at your own risk, and you are responsible for being fit enough to do so. Please tell your coach about any injury or condition that might matter before you start.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather you rang us first — most things are sorted out with a phone call.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and tell members by email if the change is significant.
